What's new: ticketing, a rebuilt form editor, and a modern donor experience
July 2026
This release adds event ticketing and registration to the Custom Donations platform, rebuilds the form editor around three distinct form types, and ships a new donor-facing form style. It's a significant update — here's what changed.
Event ticketing & registration
You can now sell tickets, tables, registrations, sponsorships, and merchandise directly from a giving form — with real inventory limits and no double-selling.
The inventory model is different from most ticketing tools. Custom Donations reserves inventory at checkout, not at page load. When a donor reaches the payment step, their tickets are held for 10 minutes with a countdown on screen. Pay in time and they're theirs. Walk away and the tickets go back on sale automatically.
You can also collect attendee details for each person a ticket covers — a name and email per guest, not just the buyer. A table of eight can capture all eight guests. Choose whether every attendee is required or just the lead registrant. All registrations appear in the Event Attendees view, filterable by event and date, with CSV export.
