We collect information when you visit our website, submit a contact or demo request, communicate with us, or use a donation, registration, ticketing, or membership form powered by Custom Donations.

We may also receive information from the organization operating a form, from service providers that help us operate the website, or from integrations that the organization has chosen to use.

We process this information to provide the customer’s form, complete the requested transaction, maintain records, and support integrations selected by the customer. If you have a question about a donation or request that was made through an organization’s form, you may need to contact that organization directly.

We may share information with service providers that help us operate our business and provide the services described above. These providers are permitted to use information only as needed to perform services for us or our customers, subject to appropriate contractual or confidentiality obligations.

• Payment processors: payment information is processed by the payment provider selected for the transaction, including Stripe where applicable.
• Analytics providers: Google Analytics helps us understand how visitors use the website and improve its content and performance.
• Email delivery providers: contact-form information may be sent through an email delivery provider so it can reach the Custom Donations team.
• Customer-selected processors: an organization may connect its own CRM, email, accounting, or other systems to receive information from its forms.
• Legal and business purposes: we may disclose information when required by law, to respond to legal process, or to protect rights, safety, property, or the integrity of our services.

We do not sell personal information for money. We do not rent donor information to third parties.
