Your gifts land in Blackbaud on their own

Connect Raiser's Edge NXT or Blackbaud CRM and gifts go onto donor records as they happen. We look for an existing donor first, carry over split gifts and recurring commitments, and register ticket buyers on existing events.

Bring your fund list and event tickets onto your giving forms without retyping them. You can see what was sent to your CRM, and you choose whether gifts enter the general ledger posting queue or update matched donors — both settings are off by default.

Only want donor advised funds?

US nonprofits can now run a DAF-only account without connecting Stripe or accepting card payments. These forms take one-time gifts only, subject to our 2% platform fee, plus any fee Chariot charges. If you decide to accept cards later, connect Stripe without rebuilding your forms.

Say it in your own words

Add your own message to donation receipts and your recurring-gift management page. You can also choose the landing page for “manage my gift” links, so donors with older emails still reach the right place after you redesign your giving pages.
