Sell tickets without leaving your giving form
Galas, banquets, registrations, sponsorships, merchandise. Set a price, set how many exist, and let Custom Donations handle the rest — on the same secure form your donors already trust.
The last ticket should only sell once
Most ticket tools check availability when the page loads. That's fine until two people open the page at the same time and both buy the last seat — and someone on your team has to make an apology call.
Custom Donations reserves inventory at checkout, not at page load. When a donor reaches the payment step, their tickets are held for 10 minutes with a countdown on screen. Pay in time and they're theirs. Walk away and the tickets go back on sale automatically.
Reserved at checkout
Held the moment payment begins, not when the page loads.
10-minute hold
With a visible countdown so donors aren't guessing.
Automatic release
Abandoned carts return to inventory on their own.

Collect attendee details, not just a payment
Selling a ticket is only half the job — you need to know who's attending. Custom Donations can collect a name and email for each person a ticket covers: a table of eight captures all eight guests, a single ticket captures one. Choose whether every attendee is required or just the lead registrant.
Every registration collects in one place. Filter by event and date, and export the full list to CSV for name badges, catering counts, or your own door list. Attendee details also appear on the donor's confirmation and receipt, so everyone has a record.
Tickets and donations, one checkout
It's the same form, the same secure payment, the same receipt. A donor can buy two tickets and add a gift on top, and it arrives as one transaction. There's no separate ticketing platform to reconcile and no second processor to set up.
